Olivier d’Eternod

 

Olivier d’Eternod is an expert in behavioral and relational dynamics. He holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of St. Gallen and attended a leadership development program at IMD. He is a certified coach and practitioner in generative change for which he regularly attends post-grad training (generative presence, generative facilitation, generative coaching supervision, Creative Mind 1).

 

For 20 years, he has held several managerial positions at the international level with multinationals (Andersen, Nestlé, Logitech and Lenovo), including experience as an expatriate in Asia.

 

Since 2014, he has been supporting business organizations and individuals to move towards authentic leadership through group (workshops and trainings), individual (coaching) and mediation programs.. Whether in the field of banking, consumer goods, insurance, NGOs and public enterprises, its interventions target topics such as change management, conflict resolution, emotion management, career progression, team cohesion and talent development.

Maia Wentland

 

Maia Wentland has graduated from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris in the field of Economy and Finance, holds a post-graduate diploma from the Paris V University in Artificial Intelligence and a PHD in Science of Business Computing at the University of Lausanne (Unil) from which she is honorary professor. She is a certified coach and practitioner in PNL and generative coaching.

 

Her very diverse professional activities took her to accept leading positions within banking, cultural, social and academic institutions. Hence she has gained extensive experience in running projects, leading teams as well as managing business organizations.

 

Her broad competencies and vast experience, her precious analytical and synthetical skills combined with a profound sensitivity for the human being, turns her into a natural Go-To Person to address issues of any business organization.

Bernhard Schmithüsen

 

Bernhard Schmithüsen is a graduate in law from the University of Zurich. He obtained a doctorate in law at the University of Lucerne, with a focus on public and administrative law. He is a certified coach, NLP master educator, certified practitioner of generative coaching, and change & systemic coach. Since 2010 he specializes in mediation and support to the person.

 

In 2000, as legal manager of a company active in the field of logistics, he set up the standards and rules of labor law and health in the workplace. In 2008, as Administrative Director, his responsibilities expanded to include compliance and quality management. Bilingual in French and German, he has been working for 20 years as an interpreter specialized in marketing and image definition for companies such as Nestlé, Knorr or Obi.

 

His skills, in-depth knowledge and extensive practical experience in administrative and legal matters, combined with his genuine interest in people, make him a first-class contact for all relational issues in the workplace.
